Terms and Conditions – SSExchange Platform Rules

1 General Information & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and SSExchange ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, accessing any game or using any feature on the SSExchange website or mobile application, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform in any capacity. Continued use of SSExchange following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms are written in English for the convenience of Pakistani players. In the event of any ambiguity, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail. SSExchange reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable advance notice will be provided through the platform or via registered email.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on SSExchange, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. SSExchange is strictly an adult entertainment platform. Age verification may be required at any time.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, email address and phone number.
• You must be the legal owner or authorised user of the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address or same payment details — are strictly prohibited.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent or family member of an SSExchange employee where participation would constitute a conflict of interest.

SSExchange reserves the right to request documentation to verify your identity, age or address at any point. This may include a copy of a CNIC (National Identity Card), proof of address or payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure, and any pending withdrawals may be held pending verification.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Transactions

All financial transactions on SSExchange are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods:

• JazzCash – mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Easypaisa – mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Raast – instant interbank transfers
• Bank Transfer – standard domestic bank account transfers
• Debit and Credit Cards – Visa and Mastercard supported
• Mobile Wallets – other supported digital wallet methods

Deposits: Once a deposit is submitted and confirmed by the payment provider, your SSExchange account balance will be credited, typically within a few minutes. SSExchange does not charge a deposit processing fee, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the deposit screen and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. Withdrawals may require identity verification before processing. SSExchange reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of the payment method. Processing timelines vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest.

Important notes on withdrawals: Bonus funds that have not completed the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Only the real-money portion of your balance that is not subject to an active wagering condition is available for withdrawal at any given time. SSExchange reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where fraud, bonus abuse or a breach of these Terms is suspected.

4 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

SSExchange offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals and other major cricket fixtures. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the amount you must wager before bonus funds or associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The wagering multiplier for each offer is stated clearly on the Promotions page.
• Bonus funds are held in a separate bonus wallet and are used only after your real-money balance reaches zero, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds remain as bonus balance until the full wagering requirement is completed.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time period. Any wagering requirement not completed before the bonus expiry date will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and table games may contribute a lower percentage or zero. Contribution rates are listed in the relevant promotion terms.
• SSExchange reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, any bonus already credited to an account will remain subject to its original terms.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other active bonuses unless the promotion explicitly states that stacking is permitted.

Any player found to be exploiting bonus structures, using automated strategies specifically designed to beat wagering requirements, or engaging in any form of bonus abuse will have their bonus balance and associated winnings forfeited and may have their account suspended or closed permanently.

5 Game Play Rules & Platform Usage

SSExchange provides access to a library of more than 500 games including video slots, live casino tables (live roulette, live baccarat, live blackjack, game shows), and table game variants. The following rules apply to all game play on the platform:

• All game outcomes on SSExchange are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live casino games, by real physical game equipment operated by trained professional dealers in a controlled studio environment.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled, reversed or modified by the player.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection or technical error during a game round, the round will be considered void and the stake will be returned to the player's balance. SSExchange is not liable for any claimed winnings from a malfunctioning game round.
• Game results displayed on your screen are determined by the server and are considered final. In the case of a discrepancy between the server result and what is displayed in the client interface, the server result prevails.
• Use of the platform via the SSExchange mobile app is subject to the same terms as web access. The app is available for Android (APK download) and iOS devices.

The platform reserves the right to limit, suspend or close a player's account if unusual betting patterns, suspected use of automated tools or any activity inconsistent with normal recreational play is detected. Such action may be taken without prior notice where the platform determines it is necessary to protect the integrity of games or the security of the platform.

6 Prohibited Conduct & Account Termination

The following activities are strictly prohibited on SSExchange. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one account, whether under your own identity or another person's identity.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Depositing funds with the intention of raising a chargeback, or using fraudulent, stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live casino and table games.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros or any automated software to interact with the platform or its games.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including creating accounts for the sole purpose of claiming bonuses.
• Impersonation: Accessing another player's account or misrepresenting your identity in communications with SSExchange support.
• Minors accessing the platform: Any attempt to register or play while under 18 years of age, or facilitating access by a minor.

SSExchange may, at its sole discretion, close any account and withhold the balance where there is reasonable evidence or strong suspicion of prohibited conduct. Where an account is closed for a legitimate reason unrelated to prohibited conduct, the available real-money balance will be returned via the original payment method.

7 Responsible Gaming & Player Protection

SSExchange is committed to providing a safe and responsible entertainment environment. Gaming is intended to be a form of leisure and should never be treated as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit amount. Once a limit is in place, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a deposit limit is subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you after a set number of hours of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are comfortable losing over a defined period. Reaching this limit will pause your ability to place further bets until the period resets.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request. During a self-exclusion period, you will not receive promotional communications from SSExchange.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing and your net gaming position during the current session.

8 Intellectual Property & Platform Content

All content on the SSExchange platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, written content, promotional materials and software — is the property of SSExchange or its licensed content and game providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your own personal entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or transmit any platform content without prior written permission from SSExchange.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of any platform software or game.
• Use any SSExchange branding, logos or trademarks in any manner not explicitly authorised.
• Frame or mirror any part of the SSExchange website or app on any other website or application.

Game content provided by third-party game studios is licensed to SSExchange and subject to the respective studio's own intellectual property rights. SSExchange is not responsible for intellectual property matters arising solely from third-party game content beyond the scope of its licensing agreements.

9 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

SSExchange provides the platform and all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and a reliable gaming experience, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, SSExchange shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds or winnings arising from technical malfunctions, disconnections or game errors beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banking institutions.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• Loss of data, damage to devices or software arising from your download or use of the SSExchange mobile application, provided such loss does not result from our own negligence.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. SSExchange's total liability to you for any single claim arising out of your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in the relevant transaction giving rise to the claim.

10 Changes to These Terms & Contact

SSExchange reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — such as changes to withdrawal conditions, bonus wagering rules or account eligibility criteria — we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of SSExchange after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a material change, you may close your account before the change takes effect and withdraw your available real-money balance.
